We are new. Westmont Sterling LLC was formed in Arizona in August 2026 and has not yet done a job in Phoenix. We are choosing the established Phoenix companies that will do the work now. We will not book a visit until a vetted company is in place for your job, and we will tell you which company it is before anyone arrives.

Every area on your work order is photographed before and after, with a time stamp, and the photos are sent to you the same day.
If a photo shows an area was missed, the crew comes back and re-cleans it within 48 hours at no charge.

The company doing the work confirms the scope from your photos or its visit. We send one flat number per visit and a written work order that lists every area.

You approve the work order and pay before the first visit. After each visit you get the before-and-after photos the same day.
